Navajo Healing Workshop Comes to Blue Mountain Reiki!

I am thrilled to announce this special Navajo Healing style workshop to be held at Blue Mountain Reiki studio in January! Elder, community leader, and renowned healer Susan Gale from A Place of Light is journeying to Asheville to offer these teachings. Susan herself is non-native, but she has been given permission to share these sacred ways by her teacher, a Navajo medicine man who was initiated by his tribe at the age of six, and with whom Susan has spent many years studying, teaching, and healing.

Some of the topics that will be covered in this workshop are:

  • connecting with the medicine of plants, stones, feathers and other tools for healing
  • coming to an understanding of how your energy interacts with the energy of different medicines
  • identifying strategies for various physical and emotional circumstances that are encountered, from known stresses to unknown or unexplained situations

NOTE: Participants may wish to bring feathers, stones, rattles, drums that they own and have prepared for spiritual use (optional).

DATES: January 11th and 12th, from 10am - 5pm both days

COST: $300 ~ deposit of $150 due to hold your space

For additional details, you may visit the event listing on our Meetup page.

Space is limited, so please reach out today if you would like to reserve your spot!
